A synthetic stimulant cacidone, similar to the chemical composition of "bath salt-MDPV".

It goes very quickly into the bloodstream, particularly easy to overdose. It can cause a state of "excitement ", by excessive stimulation, delusions and hallucinations. Hallucinations can last for several years. It can also lead to violent attacks and self-harm behavior. α- PVP is associated with suicide death and heart attack, risk of elevated body temperature and kidney damage or renal failure.
