1. Reservation/Booking priority:Priority is given to entities under the Department of Prevention and Treatment of Problem Gambling and Drug Dependence, associations that work in these areas and other SWB departments.

6. Requirements for the reservation period:

         I. Application form must be submitted within 5 working days after reservation is made, otherwise it will be deemed as a waiver.

         II. Reservation can be made up to 6 months or at least 45 days in advance;

         III. A maximum of 10 sessions can be reserved for each application;

         IV. For cancellation, please inform the Centre at least 7 days in advance;

7. Submission of equipment loan list and equipment collection time:

       I. Submit the equipment loan list at least one week prior to the event (click online);

       II. Collect the equipment at the Centre one week before the event during office hours.

8. It is required that activities except for seminars and training held in the Theme Experience Zone, Multifunctional Hall and Multimedia Studio should be under the supervision of professionals, tutors/coaches or individuals with qualifications confirmed by the Centre. The referred people should be present during the activity period;

9. The Centre has the right to refuse the application if the requesting entity does not fulfil the requirements;

10. The Centre has the right to refuse the use of its facilities, in the future, if the requesting entities repeatedly violate the Centre’s Regulations;

12. All users must comply with the Centre’s General Regulations and Terms of use of the venues.
